At SuperAsiaStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
